21.01.2022 Tomorrow I’ll be teaching Vinyasa Yoga, which is a style of yoga where the breath initiates the movement, helping to build strength, gain flexibility, and create space in the body, finishing off with a relaxing Savasana (aka the best way to end the day!) In this class there are some challenging poses but everyone is welcome to come and give it a go Class is at 6pm tomorrow (Thursday), at PCYC Follow the link on my bio to secure a spot otherwise feel free to just rock up

20.01.2022 Class Schedule! This weeks theme is: Presence.... Being here in the now, present, aware and grateful for this moment and whatever it has to bring you. It is so easy for us to get caught up with the 'busyness' of life, especially as we head towards the end of the year. So give your self the permission to gift yourself this time to take a step back, find stillness, build strength and flexibility and a sense of connection to the present moment and yourself, so therefore you can ...feel better and give more effortlessly to others. Investment: $14 (memberships available through the website or feel free to ask in person) Location: PCYC Beginners more than welcome, always. Namaste

18.01.2022 Still some spots available for the 7pm Vinyasa class tomorrow! Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga where the breath really initiates the movement and creates this rhythmic dance between the body and breath. The class works on both strength and flexibility with a nice complete relaxation at the end, the perfect way to end the evening.... To book follow this link: https://www.mirandaplum.com/bookings/ If you missed out on the 5:30pm class be sure book in early as the spots are filling up quickly. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat! Namaste

06.01.2022 Yin Yoga Tonight at 6pm. Last chance for yoga this week until Wednesday next week as I will be heading home for a wedding. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Now, what is Yin Yoga? Yin is a style of yoga where we hold the poses for 3-5 minutes each and with the support of our mats and props, we melt into them relaxing the muscles completely, allowing the fascia in the body to be targeted. ... There are many known and proven benefits to a Yin practice, one major benefit is the feeling of release and complete relaxation as the blood rushes to the fascia points targeted once we come out of the pose. At the same time, we are also promoting joint health and flexibility. So who is this for? EVERYONE! Even if you've never done yoga before, even if you are as stiff as a brick, even if you have an injury or bad knees/back/wrists, even if you're recovering from an illness, everyone can do Yin as every pose can be modified to suit the individual. So if you feel the need to take some much deserved time for yourself come join us at PCYC at 6pm tonight. Limited spots available.

02.01.2022 Just a reminder! NO yoga tonight (Tuesday 10/11) as I’m driving back from Bunbury Sorry for any inconvenience, but will be teaching Yin tomorrow at 6pm as normal. Have a great day
