25.01.2022 Citi Nails Norwood, whilst already following strict hygiene and sanitation regulations, is committed to maintaining the health of our team and clients during the Covid-19 crisis. We understand there is widespread concern and anxiety. With this in mind, Management would like to reassure both, that your wellbeing is our top priority at all times. Cong, the owner and manager has a background in hospital laboratory procedures and understands and ensures that surfaces, tools, furn...iture and equipment are sterilised and disinfected regularly to hospital grade standards. We are also increasing our usual sanitation procedures to assist in keeping everyone, staff and clients alike, safe. Clients, please be advised that none of our staff have recently been overseas and no trips are planned for the foreseeable future. Most have young children and/or elderly parents they live with or care for. They are taking every measure to keep themselves (and their families) protected. Please help them by postponing any appointments if you have a sore throat or fever. Please follow their instructions in salon and wash your hands throughly with soap before your service. Please note, hand sanitizer is available for your use. Our beautiful profession has endured the trials of history. Through it all, the nail profession has thrived for centuries. We see no change for the future and the Coronavirus is another challenge that we will face together and in a thoughtful way. So, we are open for business and we are open to serve you. 10.01.2022 Loves, we know many of you will be starting to notice nail growth soon and will be thinking about how to get your shellac/gel, SNS or acrylics off. As we certainly dont want or advise anyone to pick, peel or rip these off, and potentially damage your nails and nail beds, we now have kits available so you can remove these safely at home. The kits contain everything you need and come with full instructions so you dont need to go to the chemist etc to buy additional products.... (Unfortunately they dont include nail polish but were sure some of you may have your own). We can deliver the kits to your door. The kits are $25 each and are for manicure and pedicure polish/SNS/acrylic removal. Orders can be placed by direct message to our FB page, Instagram page or email address. Payment is via direct bank transfer or PayPal (note additional small charge applies). We miss you all and hope you and your families are safe. However, were reverting back to our original hours and will be closing at 5.30pm on Monday-Wednesday and Friday. Thursday trading currently remains the same. If you have an appointment booked outside of these hours, please be assured we will honour the appointment time. If you are able to reschedule though, please do so. As were keeping in line with space to person ratio requirements, we ask that only those having a service attend wherever possible. 07.01.2022 Hi loves, wed like to extend our sincere thanks to all those who have been in for a service recently or have a booking in place. We sincerely thank you for putting your trust in us and acknowledging we have your best interests at heart. In line with the PMs and Dr Murphys announcements this morning, we will be implementing some further changes in addition to those mentioned in our previous post. Well be seating clients one person apart on the manicure tables and pedicure... chairs. However, if you would like to be seated next to a friend/family member, this request will be accepted. As a final note, as we dont know yet what the longer term implications will be for our little business, if you are due for a service but are in quarantine or self isolating, please do consider buying a gift voucher in lieu of to use at a later date. 05.01.2022 Loves, we look forward to seeing you all soon! We have missed you all! As required by the State Government, the salon has completed and submitted its Covid Safe Plan. We ask that you please take note of the following:... If you feel unwell prior to your appointment and/or have been in contact with someone who is unwell, please reschedule your appointment to a later date. Please attend your appointment on your own (unless your friend/family member is also having a service at the same time). Please wash your hands for 20 seconds on arrival at the basin, or apply hand sanitiser liberally (provided). You will be required to fill out a declaration form, prior to your service, as per government regulations. (We must keep a record of all clients who attend.) If you wish to use your phone during your service, please use a disinfectant wipe (provided) to clean it. Please try to arrive on time to your appointment. A late/early arrival may cause us to exceed the number of occupants permitted in the salon space. We will be seating clients apart. However, if you are attending with a friend or family member, and wish to be seated next to each other, please inform the staff. The staff will be wearing face masks as per usual. Each manicure table has a Perspex/sneeze guard to protect both you and your nail tech. Some staff may also wear a face shield when performing pedicures. If you would like your nail tech to wear one, please let us know. Rest assured we will be following strict cleaning protocols to keep you safe. All staff have successfully completed their Infection Control Training - Covid-19. Please wash your hands and/or apply hand sanitiser before you leave. Thank you!
