25.01.2022 The Equity Wellness comittee are looking to expand the Equity Wellness Mental Health database. It's a document which lists some specialists which can help you ...in times of need. Currently South Australia only has TWO practitioners listed, and they're looking to find more! If you know someone who understands the needs of artists that you'd like to recommend you can email them this form: https://docs.google.com//1FAIpQLSeGyt75nNYgLplWg_/viewform: We will provide an email template in comments which you can send them, as well as links to database itself, and a link to how to get a mental health care plan. You can find these and many other resources on our website www.psfsa.org.au [Image description: Two silhouettes stand back to back, one shaded pink, the other blue. 10.01.2022 Concerto for cello and orchestra - 'Concerto Elegiaco’ Unlike Elgar's great cello concerto, which is a poem of regret for a lost world he had known, Frank Bri...dge wrote "Oration" as a musical protest. It brings us right into the reality of war. The ending transforms the whole work, making it a serious challenge to the codas of the Elgar and Dvorak concertos for the title of the most beautiful ending to a cello concerto. The originality and power of this music make it worthy of its place among the finest 19th/20th century cello concerti. See more

09.01.2022 Did you see a COVID Marshal at a business over the weekend? We sure did and we would like to thank the community for the wonderful job in implementing the COVID... Marshal system. But we can do better, we need more members of our community to complete the training and act as a COVID Marshal in identified businesses and operations. COVID Marshals are people who are assigned to assist in the management of identified businesses or operations to apply South Australias COVID-19 Directions and restrictions. If you are still not sure whether your business or operation needs a COVID Marshal, check out this graphic below Remember that a COVID Marshal is required to be present and supervising prescribed businesses and operations at all times (unless the business is open for a 24hr period where a COVID Marshal must only be present and supervising at times of expected high patronage). Keep up the good work because together we reduce the risk of COVID-19 in South Australia. Read our latest media release on the requirements of the COVID Marshals here: https://www.police.sa.gov.au//front-/covid-marshal-update More information and to complete the COVID Marshal training visit: https://www.covid-19.sa.gov.au/recovery/covid-marshals
