24.01.2022 Since the announcement about eased restrictions earlier today, our phone and email has been running hot from people wanting to know when they can get back into the pool and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. We are waiting on confirmation from authorities about when we can safely re-open and will let you know ASAP so follow our Facebook updates and watch this space!

24.01.2022 We’ve had plenty of queries today from customers about when we can open. The Adult and Squad Program, Aquarobics and Lap Swimming are back to NORMAL as of midday Tuesday, 1st December. We have received our unique QR code, so make sure to download the free mySA GOV app because you will need to have it installed and ready to use.... To allow us to comply with COVID restrictions the following Learn to Swim Classes will run as NORMAL: Monday to Friday, AM & PM - Jellyfish, Octopus, Turtle, Clownfish, Pufferfish, Sea Star, Sea Lion, Swordfish, Barracuda, Mako Shark and Tiger Shark Saturday & Sunday AM - Turtle, Clownfish, Pufferfish, Sea Star, Sea Lion, Swordfish, Barracuda Saturday afternoon - Jellyfish, Octopus, Turtle, Clownfish, Pufferfish, Sea Star, Sea Lion The following Learn to Swim Classes have been SUSPENDED for the month of December only... and will resume from the 2nd January 2021. Monday to Friday, AM & PM Hammer Head Shark and White Pointer Saturday & Sunday AM Mako Shark, Tiger Shark, Hammerhead Shark, and White Pointer Customers have not been charged for the classes that have been suspended. If you have any questions, please chat with our team about your individual circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this very frustrating time for all of us.

24.01.2022 All Customers, With the recent announcement from the State Government in regards to new COVID-19 restrictions, we are seeking clarification on whether our swim schools will need to close. 22.01.2022 All Customers, With the recent update announcement from the State Government in regards to new COVID-19 restrictions. Restrictions have returned as they were at midnight on Monday 16th of November, which means the swim school is closed still until further notice. We believe during the coming week restrictions will be reviewed and hopefully we can get back up and running again soon.... As for lap swimming and rehabilitation at our swim schools, this will be reviewed on Wednesday 25th by our management teams. As we are updated by the State Government on anything new, we will update all our customers by Facebook, email and by phone. Again we thank all our customers for their patience and kind words. 17.01.2022 Hand hygiene is one of the most effective ways of stopping the spread of infection, so when you pay us a visit, please use the hand sanitiser stations when arriving and leaving. 16.01.2022 Customer Update (03/12/2020) Under the COVID Safety Plan issued by the authorities, our swim school is restricted to a maximum of 131 people in the pool hall at any one time. Because of this restriction, we have adjusted our Monday Friday Squad Program to comply and keep all our customers safe. The following CHANGES will take place for the month of December for Bastian, Cowdrey and Hill Squads. Dryland training will resume from the 2nd January 2021:... Monday to Friday, No dryland training, start time will be 7.00pm If you can please arrive as close as possible to the scheduled swimming time of 7.00pm. 10.01.2022 We are still waiting on delivery of the updated Emergency Direction from authorities to confirm whether we can re-open or not. We are also waiting to receive the new COVID-19 Safety or Management plan, which is expected to contain our unique QR code from the SA Government, which will be the primary way for authorities to contact trace. That QR code will be prominently displayed at our entrance. You will need to download the mySA Gov app which contains the QR Code Scanner f...rom https://loom.ly/AIsEQiI if you wish to use the QR code. If you do not have a smartphone, then our reception staff will assist with a manual contact tracing record. Once we have received the updated Emergency Directions we will let you know more about our plans to re-open and what classes will be available. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to have your safety in mind.

06.01.2022 We are planning to re-open Tuesday, 1st December subject to the authorities giving the green light to do so. We are looking forward to seeing our customers back in the pool. We would like to mention there will be some changes for when we re-open. We will need to restrict numbers to only one caregiver per customer, you will need to use a QR code to log your attendance, practice social distancing and use hand sanitiser. 06.01.2022 To all customers, We are now closed from midnight tonight because of State Government COVID-19 restrictions introduced today. Direct debits are on hold and any fees paid in advance will be credited against your account for when we can re-open. Anyone needing to settle their account will only be charged up until today’s closure. If you need to speak with a customer service officer, please call 8332 1136 or send a message via our website. Make sure to follow our Facebook pa...ge or website for the latest updates. Reception will be open and will have additional customer service officers available from 9am-5pm for Monday Friday during the closure period, and for this Saturday only our reception will be open between 9am midday to answer any query you may have. We've had fun knocking out a wall, building a few new ones and we can't wait for you to see where we've got to when we re-open, cross fingers soon.
