25.01.2022 Update: Ozzy is on trip with his new furrever family. A purrfect match so far Location: SA Breed: Labrador x Name: Ozzy Desexed and Microchipped ... Requirements: Large yard, high fences, only dog home, VERY VERY ACTIVE prefer older children Ozzy is a 7year old VERY ACTIVE Labrador x needing to find his furrever home. Loves his walks and is great on a lead. Ozzy does not get on to well with other dogs although his current best mate is a cat so an only dog home is preferred. Ozzy gets bored very easily so will require a home that can provide a lot of attention and time to keep up with his very cheeky bouncy lifestyle. He loves his toys athough they don’t last too long. Ozzy would be in absolute heaven if there is also a space he may be able to bury a bone or two or just roll around in the dirt. 20.01.2022 Rescue sometimes is a risky business and comes at a cost to our carers ..... our main specialist carer Alison recently found this out by not only tripping and fracturing her mid foot however also smashed the rescue tablet beyond repair. Whilst this has slowed down operations both admin and rescue related we have been kindly offered a laptop to ensure operations continue smoothly and we can assist all of our feathered and furred friends in the first instance. 17.01.2022 Facebook has changed Notifications for ALL groups again. They have automatically switched members of most groups to receive Highlights instead of All Posts. This means that you will only see about one in ten posts on the groups you’re in! (Even if you’ve updated this in the past) To change these settings go to the group page (you have to do this for every group you’re in) 1. click the 3 dots on the top right of the GROUP HOME page....or if on a mobile device click on the ...dots at the top right of your screen 2. 13.01.2022 Update: after a lot of back and forth in the background this guy was privately rehomed. We thank everyone for generous support and interest! Location SA: urgent rehome required due to owner deceased 6 year old Bull Arab Mastiff - desexed and microchipped - no temperament issues good with animals and children- (will be formally assessed )... Large yard required with secure fencing due to breed although he is quite docile and not a known jumper.
