23.01.2022 Just had an interesting on farm presentation with some of our more progressive thinking grain growers and agronomists. Did you know that Tasmania grows the highest yielding wheat crops in the country and potentially some of the highest in the world?

But today the day came where I get to see and taste the first ever commercial beer brewed with my malt and the first craft beer in Tasmania to be brewed with locally made craft malt. 01.01.2022 The following is the culmination of almost a years worth of work since first sitting in a loungeroom in Hobart with a man that I just met that day and saying "Lets have a state homebrew competition in Tasmania next year". Now here we are with a stack of medals and 18 entries off to the national finals in Canberra. Im so proud of all of you!
