07.01.2022 It's interesting that 'Practice Manager' (10) and 'Medical Receptionist' (19) are two of the hardest jobs to fill (based on the number of days jobs advertisements remain open on the main job boards). We're hearing that medical typists also appear to be 'thin on the ground' ... and that's were we come in! 02.01.2022 Whilst we've been trading for well over a year, we haven't actively promoted the fact that we are one of only a few outsourced medical transcription businesses with a 'bricks & mortar' presence in Australia. We officially opened our office in Maitland (NSW Hunter Valley) in November last year. We also have a staff member who is based permanently in Melbourne. We think having a true base here in Australia is important for our customers.

02.01.2022 We're very pleased to have recently commenced working with Dr Albert Cheung and his team at Ashfield Radiology, a dynamic, privately owned practice specialising in low dose x-ray and CT imaging and all facets of ultrasound imaging - including obstetrics, vascular, MSK and bone density measurements (QCT).

02.01.2022 We are very pleased to have recommenced working with Warrnambool Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery over the past few weeks, this time on a more permanent basis. As their business continues to grow they've had reason to call on us to assist with medical typing. Thanks to MD, Bruce Keeley for reconnecting.
