20.01.2022 Next up we have the wonderful Eilidh with her Grade 2 AMEB exam! Eilidh was one of my first students and has blossomed over the years ^_^ Between exams we do acoustic guitar lessons, and she's continued to thrive! Eilidh will often bring me music projects she's working on on the side, and I've loved watching her surpass her expectations as a person and a musician ^_^ x

18.01.2022 First up we have Em and Lachie (the very same who wrote the Christmas card from the previous post!). I'm so proud of these guys; they're kind, honest, love to laugh, and have finished their first exam fantastically! They've both grown massively this year; both as pianists and as people ^_^ They've worked on patience and kindness to themselves, to laugh and learn at mistakes, and to not let fear stop them from having a go; they were even brave enough to sing me a Christmas carol each ^_^ Very appreciative to have them as students! ^_^

11.01.2022 Happy New Year! It seems fitting that my first post of the year should be of my first ever student Aimee ^_^ What a talented, creative person! Aimee sings, plays guitar, is a talented artist and achieved a high distinction for her AMEB preliminary piano exam! I'm very proud of her dedication and can't help but smile when I see her happiness in these photos It's been a joy working with her and I'm excited to see her continue to grow and achieve her goals!

09.01.2022 Here's something I did recently, and I'm still thrilled to have been a part of it ^_^ Enjoy!

02.01.2022 What a year! I often get carried away with enthusiasm about my students and forget to post. However, with the final lesson of the year done it's given me time to think about what great people I get to work with ^_^ Over the next few days I'll share photos of some of the students who's exam certificates came in just in time for Christmas. During the year, we've had fun over zoom and in person, students have overcome challenges and grown immensely, and many batches of Christmas biscuits for students have been baked! I've worked with people aged 4 to 81, across many walks of life but everyone has shared a joy in music ^_^ I really love what I do!
