Truce uses restorative approaches to help deal with bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace!... Truce's focus is helping prevent disagreements or misunderstandings in the most effective way possible... Face to face communication. Jo has a deep understanding of all types of conflict as a former police women, it was these experiences that led her to find her 'thing' in restorative justice.
