24.01.2022 More meet the instructors!!! The lovely Ally! Ally is passionate about health and wellbeing. Her love for Pilates started during her rehab following a knee reconstruction at age 16. Pilates created the perfect foundation to strengthen her technique, control, co-ordination and flexibility allowing her to return back to competitive dancing. Since then she has continued to enjoy the wonderful benefits Pilates has offer. In 2019, Ally completed her Cert IV in Pilates for matwor...k and reformer at Breathe Education. Her additional interest in health promotion has seen her complete a Bachelor of Global Studies with a Major in Health at UTS in 2019. Currently she is studying a Master of Public Health at UTS. Ally aims to empower her clients, drawing from her diverse background in health and dance to share the gentle but powerful approach of strength and conditioning through Pilates. You can find Ally at the studio at 6.30am Reformer Mondays, 6pm and 7pm Reformer on Thursdays and 6.30am Reformer Fridays. Book into one of her classes now. You won't regret it!

22.01.2022 More meet the instructors!! I'm so lucky this lovely one works for me! ELIZA! Eliza grew up dancing from the age of 6 and went on to many intensive courses and holds a Bachelor of Arts: Dance from WAAPA.... Dancing taught Eliza many things, but most importantly it bought her to pilates. With injuries and hyper-mobility Pilates taught Eliza to build strength and control. Being such a gentle and precise way to work with the body, it gives the chance for the individual to tap into their mind/body connection. Eliza holds a Diploma in Studio Pilates from Tensegrity, Bachelor of Arts: Dance and is currently studying yoga. She is amazing and you will love her classes! Eliza teaches reformer classes every second Saturday at 7am, 8am and 9am! Book in early, they fill up fast!

04.01.2022 Meet the Instructors series continues! My gorgeous friend Caroline! Caroline grew up as a track and field athlete in Malaysia, representing her school at state level. She comes from a large family of 8 and moved to Australia just over 16 years ago. She even dabbled in acting! ... Caroline has been now working in the fitness industry for over 7 years teaching TRX, circuit and Aqua aerobics. She studied Pilates just over 3 years ago and it has become her new passion. She loves how you can create so many different and challenging moves and flows on the reformer whilst at the same time, it is also a low impact workout suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and ability. Caroline is a fun loving mum of 2 and loves her social life and her family. Caroline has been participating in Physie for the past 6 years with her daughter and has recently taken up cycling. She can often be found with wine (or 2!) in hand on the weekends! You can find Caroline in the studio on Monday mornings 9.30am and 10.30am Reformer AND Wednesday morning 9.30am Reformer and 10.30am Pre/Post natal Reformer. Come check out her classes!
