06.01.2022 My name is Baz and I’m the proud owner of Notorious Burgers. I grew up in the very heart of Kings Park and moved to the Caroline Springs area where I’ve been for the last 15 years. I’ve always worked within the corporate business scene and dreamed of one day running my own business that would give back to people. We didn’t have much growing up and I know what it’s like to live without luxuries. The value of giving has an enormous impact and I hoped one day that the business I... had was able to contribute back to society. Being a lover of the hip hop scene and food, when the business opportunity came up for Notorious Burgers, the light bulb went off and I was committed! We’ve had our challenges being new to hospitality and then smacked with restrictions 2 weeks in ensured we were up against it. But where there is a will, there was a way. Notorious Burgers has the most amazing team and I thank them for all their support and hard work, without them we wouldn’t be where we are now; surviving. In the last couple of months, we’ve really managed to tidy up our quality, cleanliness, timeliness through better processes and attention to detail. We want to take Notorious Burgers to the next level and create a chain of them through the State, then throughout the country. That’s our big, audacious goal. When we do, we’ll be able to do all the charity and support work we’ve always dreamed of and set an example of how other businesses should support fellow Australians. We’ve played around with a new menu that has plenty more house-made items. Expect us to get better with every day that passes.
