24.01.2022 BUYING PIECES Good morning all, I though I would give a little update to all the new people on the page regarding buying I always add before pictures of pieces I will be doing, if you see a piece and your interested, just inbox, you are able to secure any piece with a 50% non refundable for change of mind. And have it painted any colour you like... 17.01.2022 Definitely not any way related to furniture, but I thought I would share these two easy as recipes for rum balls and choc biscuits, super yummy Enjoy ! BISCUITS ... 250g butter, softened 2/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup caster sugar 2 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 cups self-raising flour 2/3 cup flour 200g Cadbury Dairy Milk Top Deck, broken into squares and chopped Method Step 1 Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Whisk in egg and vanilla. Stir in sifted flours and then half the chocolate. Step 2 Divide the mixture evenly into 12 and roll into balls. Press the cookies lightly onto greased baking trays allowing space for spreading. Stud the top of the cookies with the remaining chocolate. Step 3 Bake in a moderate oven 180oC for 18-20 minutes or until cooked and golden. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container until required. I ALWAYS PUT IN MORE CHOCOLATE (Because I can ) and have also mixed nuts and sultanas in as well, makes 16 melt in your mouth biscuits RUM BALLS Ingredients 250 g Arnott's Milk Arrowroot biscuits crushed 395 g NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 cup coconut 1/4 cup cocoa 1 1/2 tbs rum *to taste 1 cup coconut *to decorate *extra Method Wet hands and roll mixture into small balls then coat in coconut. Refrigerate or freeze for later. Enjoy beautiful people ! Xoxox Juanita
