25.01.2022 Ollie and I love taking a trips to Tenterfield just under a hrs drive great little places coffee or for lunch and wonderful history. But we love driving around the back street enjoying the beautiful autumn lined streets . Gives you a lovely European winter feeling .

After our renovation @cottage_in_stanthorpe I really wanted to make this beautiful cottage garden like we at home on Brisbane so I just had to let things go and wait , but always amazed with little care how some of these plants come back@with little to no care . 15.01.2022 Ollie and I found this beautiful rusty iron fence in someone’s overgrown backyard which was said to be the original Central Station fence removed by a relative some time back during construction and then left it in the yard to be used but it never happened . So to us it was an absolute find , we get so excited or call us crazy we love old junk ( good old junk ) . The fence came complete with the stone that it sits in. We already used some of the fence at our house in Brisbane and we think we have found the perfect place for it at Davadi cottage, a talking point around our fire pit , looking great so far , big job to lug that stone around for both houses but worth it .
