23.01.2022 Good morning from 1998! (Haha, we're actually in South Australia! ) We're having the long weekend off, relaxing in Renmark and crossing our fingers for a Dees win on Monday! 20.01.2022 PANCAKES!!!!! Are you hungry yet??? Today at the Mernda fair on Schotters Rd we will be debuting our newest flavour... Caramel banana rum!... It makes an awesome pancake topping. We all had some this morning. Bring your kids down to try it. There is no alcohol (it all evaporated in the cooking). Stock is limited so get in quick. See you there!

10.01.2022 A good reward for a good morning's work Grilled turkey schnitzel, cheese and salad greens with our fabulous Eggplant and Tomato Relish - perfection! (P.S. this is a serving suggestion - I have paired it with meat and cheese today, but the relish itself is vegan)

09.01.2022 We've been busy in the kitchen this week and are happy to bring you two new flavours! First up is Peach and Habanero Chutney - made with Victorian peaches and Australian habaneros, it's sweet and savoury with an extra spicy kick. Perfect with hot meat, cold meat, all kinds of cheese, and on sandwiches or crackers. The second one is dedicated to my bestest sister Karyn, who came over for a holiday in December, and to help out with a couple of markets, but ended up helping us ...move house! She said we should make a stonefruit jam just because she'd like it - it took a couple of months but here it is! Summer Stonefruit Jam, made with local peaches, nectarines, plums and apricots. Simply delicious. Perfect on toast but just as perfect with a sponge cake... Come along to Daylesford Sunday Market tomorrow to get a jar for yourself!
