16.01.2022 When you think about it, most of us whether studying or working in an office or more recently working from home we spend most of the day sitting down. We spend hours typing away, looking at a monitor and repeating these motions over and over without taking a break. We can’t always do much to avoid this excess sitting, but we can add a little spice to our daily routines with some desk yoga. Yep that's right "desk yoga" Coming soon I will share 5 desk yoga moves to help to keep your joints supple and avoid excess tension and stiffness.

06.01.2022 Every day is an opportunity to find something joyful. I'm not saying life is without sadness or pain. All emotions are real and vital. I live with periodic anxiety and have survived trauma. But seeking tiny moments of joy, have helped me to stay the course. A walk with the dog as the sun begins to rise, a morning meditation as you lie in bed in the warmth you have created overnight, immersion in music, a walk beside water beneath trees, sunshine on your body in the garden, do...ing some yoga with bare feet on the grass, hugging the trunks of trees, the smile of a stranger when you notice them and say hello, conversation with good friends and the loving in your pet's eyes. Every day, no matter what, is an opportunity to seek these moments. There's no other reason, than to be here, in this moment. Make sure you don't miss it, because some don't get all of the moments they deserve and others throw them away for false happiness. Look outside your thoughts and grasp the day. Nameste
