18.01.2022 Just take a second to take this in. Read it again. This statistic is staggering. Mind blowing. ... The reasons for DV or family violence are deeply complicated. The reasons a woman doesnt leave are deeply complicated. It is NOT black and white. But its so NOT ok. I want to support the support that is available for the incredibly brave women who do leave before they are potentially murdered. A lot of these women have nothing when they leave. They cant even bring their children with them. So imagine not even having a tooth brush or soap to keep clean. One of These places of support are womens refuges and shelters just like the one I visited this week and just like the one Im donating proceeds of the sale Im currently holding. How can you help? 16.01.2022 WICKED face mask! While watching the wizard of Oz with the kids this evening I was inspired (and reminded!) to try out the new Hemp Night Mask! It was a mum-daughter event and I think my littlest had the most fun painting mummys face green! (Because who really gets alone time to do a face mask on a Thursday night during school... Holidays with 3 young kids around??? Yeah... not me! But these things will not stop me from looking after my skin!) The interesting thing about this mask is that after 15minutes you only wipe off excess and then go to bed! No cleansing or wiping or washing... Sounds good to me!! Cant wait to see how my skin feels in the morning it already feels super hydrated and soothed!

14.01.2022 The BEST rehydration for dry skin Ive ever tried! I keep this in my cars glove box and get my son to put it on his eczema on the way to school every morning and every afternoon. Its been about 6 weeks and no joke his eczema is almost gone! I also work in the coffee industry and my hands get VERY cracked and dry. I tried all natural sulphate free organic shampoos etc I even tried no shampoo I tried bi carb I tried lemon Juice and the worst thing I did was try those horrible supermarket brand shampoos which made it all the more worse! 07.01.2022 I am SO GRATEFUL To be home!!! I am so grateful I have a home to come home to. I am so grateful I have food, petrol, power, hot water and personal care items. ... Unlike the HUNDREDS of people down south who have lost all of these things and are still under threat... this weekend is predicted to be just as tragic if not worse than NYE. I was down there on NYE. It was absolutely terrifying. My (extended) family is still there, stuck without power, petrol and limited food and still under threat. I cant sit by and not DO something...
