01.01.2022 The Fix Cold Pressed Juices NOW AVAILABLE!! HOW IS IT MADE? Pressed from whole foods We use a hydraulic press to slowly extract the juice from our fresh veggies. Our machine Mavis, slowly presses the produce, breaking down the cell walls to release all of the phytochemicals and nutrients inside, whilst producing minimal oxidation.... BUT WHY IS IT IN PLASTIC?? Glass bottles were unable to withstand the pressure in the high-pressure pasteurisation machine. Without the pressure your juice would simply be sugar water!!
