23.01.2022 Autumn is finally here, and We are just transitioning out of the Moon being Full in Scorpio... Autumn brings introspective energies; just as Our surroundings are inwardly conserving Energy, and releasing the unnecessary, it is a gifted time for Us to do the same consciously, as it is going to happen on the deeper levels of Our Be:In:G anyway. In Chinese Medicine, Autumn is associated with the Element METAL , and with the Organs; Lungs and Large Intestine. Autumn gove...rns organization, setting limits and protecting boundaries. It is a wonderful time to finish projects started back in Spring, or Summer. It is also a great time for new projects that focus on the internal - cultivating Body, Mind and Spirit. The Energy of the Lungs (and Large Intestine) is letting go - so Autumn is a wonderful time to release anything that We may be holding on to, that is not of service to Us in Our evolving Lives. This makes room for new experiences, and gives Us space to reflect and be mindful of what We will next allow into Our Space. More little moments to come... Wishing You Nourishing De:light

In Clinic, We have been reflecting on the various responses, reactions, and observations that arise with the changing of the Season; in Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit.... It is always interesting to hear people "complain" about the arrival of Autumn (let alone Blessed Winter). It always brings to mind, two quotes that have always tickled me (shared below)... If We keep Our feet connected to this Precious Earth, listen carefully, and open Our Hearts and All up; Autumn gives Us more than just a beautiful example of letting go... 02.01.2022 Dear Hearts! Its been a while since Ive been present here. 2019 was full and beautiful! With the arrival of 2020,I have had to surrender into some deep Bear Medicine, as I go through, what is essentially a health sabbatical, and Life shift. ... (Nothing Corona happening here...) It is interesting, that Our Whole World, is going through a time of seemingly enforced hibernation. There is great medicine in surrendering into this. I will still be out of action for a few months, but look forward to serving You All when I return in full Glow! May We All shine through this current time in a Gracious, Loving and Lighthearted way.
