01.01.2022 Hi everyone! You may have noticed a lot of sugar-free posts of late? I’ve been trying to give up sugar and, surprisingly (because I thought I didn’t eat much sugar), I’ve been finding it quite hard!!!... On this journey I have found many others attempting to do the same. You may have noticed that we are getting a lot more sugar-free products in store because, quite frankly, us sweet-tooths need all the help we can get This month is the Starlight Foundations Sugar-Free Me challenge and I’m rising to it!
