14.01.2022 Farewell to Nourish Café.hello to new adventures! Nourish Café opened in early 2014 with the goal of inspiring others to eat closer to nature. Healthy food and drinks have been our key focus since we opened. However, in the last six years, the health message in Australia has shifted, with constantly conflicting information being shared about what healthy eating actually means. Healthy eating has become so confusing that no-one really knows whether it matters if the food is ...organic, if the nuts are activated, if the sugar is unrefined or if homemade bread is any better. Amongst this confusion, its natural for people to go back to eating foods that are familiar.after all, how many of us grew up putting turmeric in our milk, fermenting our vegies, baking bread or activating our nuts?!! Ultimately, most people think of healthy eating and just remember their Mum saying eat your vegies!! On that note, we say farewell to Nourish Café. However, Bundaberg still loves our coffee and appreciates that we support a local dairy with our milk. So, weve made the decision to shift our focus to coffee and drinks, plus a select range of cakes and salads that are made with love. While our focus will shift away from wholefoods and organic, our commitment to FLAVOUR will stay! Tomorrow (Tuesday) Nourish Café will become STREET BEAN COFFEE BAR and we hope you will enjoy our great coffee, smoothies, cakes and salad bowls.
