20.01.2022 Hi all....Nourished Yoga has been laying low a little of late...personal and family dramas have been never ending...(we all have our stuff)...and being a single mum of three and trying to juggle all of my workload plus run the yoga classes has been exhausting...so after much soul searching and quiet time I have found my balance...I am mostly located at The Cave gym which has a lovely space upstairs overlooking the beautiful old buildings of Russell Street. Great plans for 2017 including specialised workshops and heaps more... I will repost my classes later today...the mermaid on the mountain is back....

18.01.2022 Kids community yoga 4pm Wednesday's, $5....Parents can do a circuit training sesh with Shelley $5 per class while the kids get their yoga on......see you there this afternoon...

13.01.2022 Super excited to be teaching a yoga class tonight @5.30pm at Fierce Fitness...all are welcome...non-members just need to fill out some paperwork before class....suitable for beginners ...and if you love it, we will make it a regular class...yay!!See you there

02.01.2022 Hi all many have been asking for my timetable...you can attend any of these classes if you are not a member of the gym.. it's $10 casual and if you could come a little early on your first try so that you can fill out some paperwork that would be great....hope to see you at yoga..absolute beginners welcome...
