Reading all the articles and watching all the youtube videos on how to recover I have heard them all. Women tend to over-analyse something that can be very simple. If there isn’t enough energy availability, you won’t get your period back. EAT.REST.REPEAT. 19.01.2022 ALWAYS CHOOSE KINDNESS. Yesterday I walked into a store looking for a specific item; when I couldn't find it, I asked the shop assistant if they had run out of it. She helped me search for it and yet she couldn't find it. We got talking. Within 5 minutes, she shared a piece of her life story; after 20 minutes, she was crying and hugging me. When I left, I had a huge bag (2 kg) of free vegan chocolate, plus all the other things I intended to buy...for FREE.... She gave them to me, because she wanted to. She told me she felt heard for the first time in a long time. I understand that you don't always have 30 minutes to give, but we can still bring kindness into our daily life. We don't need to start a conversation with someone that we don't know, but we can smile at our partner, call a friend, leave a message, pay for someone's coffee, or we can even do something kind for ourselves.
