23.01.2022 Over the weekend, I had the massive honour of initiating Sharon from @heavensentbroome as a Reiki Master Teacher. Yesterday marked the end of our 5 month journey together. And this image is a piece of artwork I had made for her graduation - a representation of this amazing woman who is one of the most committed and strongest I know. Every morning Sharon sits on this rock. She shows up to meditate and practice Reiki for no body else other than herself. REPOSTED BY @heavensentbroome *** I was told by many Reiki Practitioners how important it was... to choose the right Reiki Teacher for you ... & as soon as I saw Loretta in a video on Instagram, I knew why I kept getting blocked from doing it with anyone else... as I totally resonated with & felt so drawn to her beautiful energy & her loving way! So I began my Reiki journey in April last year, doing all my Levels... & then I knew in my heart that I was being called to also do my Reiki Mastership with her... which has been the most amazingly powerful deep dive into healing & has helped to shift so much within & to evolve in so many wonderful life changing ways! Yesterday I graduated after 5 month Apprenticeship... to become a Reiki Master Teacher & I feel so privileged & so proud to have completed this year of truly sacred learning of this amazing modality under the incredible teaching of Loretta! 20.01.2022 During yesterday’s workshop on creating a thriving business for Lightworkers, I talked about how important it is to get clear on what success means for you. So many practitioners strive to be booked out but I learnt really early on that that’s not a measure of success... There was a time I decided that being booked out meant 10 clients a week. That was the number I’d decided was my goalpost for quitting my day job. That was my sign that I’d made it...... Until I burnt out. You see, being booked out now to me means burn out. There’s no magic booked out number. It’s whatever is right for you So I’ve learnt to rephrase it. Some weeks I’m booked out because my focus is new course content or spending more time with my family. Some weeks I’m booked out with self care and catching up with friends. There was a time I thought that 10 clients a week was magic. Now I know magic is not how many clients I have but it’s the amazing type of soul mate clients and students I’ve been able to attract and how I feel each day. We all have a threshold and a limit. Get to know yours (without the burn out) You’re here to do important work but that doesn’t mean your health and well-being needs to be sacrificed. We need you and we need you at your best

19.01.2022 Each of us has the innate ability to use our hands for healing. Where do your hands go if you hurt yourself like bump your head or knee? Intuitively, we know we can heal with our hands. That’s why the gift of Reiki can be passed on to anyone and everyone. We are all healers and the ability to heal is within all of us, even is it’s just for our selves or loved ones Our hands are powerful healing centres - we have Chakras located in our hands and we are constantly sending out... and receiving energy here. That’s also why washing our hands is a wonderful way to ‘wash away’ unwanted energy that you may have picked up. Take some time today to honour your hands and all they do for you one of my favourite rituals is to: 1. Use a hand scrub (so easy to make your own or you can purchase ones like @freyasnourishment ) 2. Mindfully lather the scrub on your hands and also use a raw Quartz - Clear or Rose are my favourite for this one. Scrub your hands using your crystal and set the intention to cleanse and restore the energy of your hands. 3. Rinse off your hands and the crystal under the water and follow on with your favourite oil or moisturiser. Want to learn more about Reiki? 18.01.2022 It doesn’t matter how beautiful, perfect, smart or successful a person appears to be, they have a story, a significant story. everyone has inner work to do. everyone is strong, courageous and has done and dealt with incredible things in their life. everyone suffers, and it’s because of their own self and stories. everyone has good and bad days.... everyone has a unique and beautiful gift and a purpose to share with the world. everyone has the power to change. everyone makes daily choices that are ruled by love or fear. everyone has the power to heal. everyone wants to be loved, unconditionally. everyone deserves to be loved unconditionally. everyone is an expression of unconditional love. I completed my level 2 reiki, this means I am officially a practitioner woohoo but that’s not the only fabulous thing that came from the course .... alt...hough I am very excited to officially be able to bring healing to you all ! By distance or in person I was guided and taught and nurtured through the course by one of my truely amazing mentors and inspirations @nourishedenergy . Yes I partly took this journey so I can bring self love and healing to others (such a huge passion of mine) but I also did it for me. I want to give myself the same unconditional love through reiki that I would a client. I’ve been practicing self reiki and it brings me so much peace and calm and love. Each level of reiki is like levelling up you could say. It feels like I’m in a spiritual video game and I just got to the next level for me an attunement is like a baptism getting soaked with pure light energy or servicing your car, getting new tires. I am still me but I am also a new me. It’s hard to explain but I feel more open between my third eye and I feel more aware. Reiki has aided me through many tough times in my life. It moves away blocked energy that holds me down and showers me in love and light. I am beyond excited to bring this to myself and all of you! I would be so grateful if you could spare a prayer or a cross of the fingers for me to land my dream job and bring this beautiful magic to those who need it. It’s time to say no to the reminders of the stories that you’re limited.
16.01.2022 Recently something very special happened, one of my most special moments ever with a client and right after the call, I sat there holding my heart, crying and saying thank you over and over. I started working with a new student through the private Reiki Mastership program (my 5 month intensive mentorship journey). In our first session she mentioned that a family member recently passed - someone in her ancestral line. As soon as she mentioned it, I immediately felt her with ...us. During the healing I had the privilege of understanding why she was around - She didn’t have any regrets, but she knows she held back a lot in her life. And now she’s here on this journey with us, making sure my client doesn’t hold back And so after the session, I cried at the bigness of this experience. Sometimes I question - why me? But I have learnt to now ask why not me? And I honour these opportunities with so much gratitude, humility and compassion. I am so honoured to be able to do this work, to help break ancestral patterns, to help my clients step into their power, and to do this with their loved ones right beside
15.01.2022 New Moon on May 12th at 4.59am (AEST) in Taurus Abundance is your birthright and this New Moon is the perfect time to plant the seeds of what you’re wanting to reap. Take the time to go within and retreat, to nourish and nurture yourself. And if it feels uncomfortable, just try to stay with it and let yourself be guided by how you feel and by the darkness of the New Moon. Listen and shine a light on what is being asked of you - what needs to change?... It is in the stillness and darkness we can better listen to our wisdom without the distraction of the search for answers outside of us. This is also a time to physically be within our body, time to stay grounded and in our power. Before we can manifest, we have to be able to ground the energy of abundance to make it happen. This New Moon energy is the perfect alchemy to inspire and create new and practical ideas. Where do you feel abundant? Where do you feel blocked? And how is this your responsibility? 13.01.2022 You have this inner wisdom already. You are your greatest healer. So why should you do the course, why should you go to the event, why should you work with a facilitator... why not just keep doing it all on your own? There’s nothing wrong with doing it alone. After all, you’re the one who can truly make a difference to your life.... But something magical happens as soon as you sign up! You tell the Universe... it’s time. It’s my time. You tell the Universe you’re done trying to do this alone. Carrying the burden of being your own healer, your coach, your therapist, your teacher, your cheerleader all the time. Because you’re also your biggest critic, you take first prize for doubting yourself, and you try to let love lead, but fear is still there. And you’re brilliant at repeating patterns that don’t serve you - you’ve been doing it for years, it’s your safety net and your comfort zone. This week, I had just the second session with my client. And life has already transformed significantly! She knows that as soon as she said yes and accessed the high vibration that was available to her, Universe also stepped up to meet her there So you can do it all alone, or you can collapse timelines. You’ll get there either way, the path you take is just a choice.
13.01.2022 Do you have crystals displayed around your home? Crystals loooveee being out in the open, so if you can, leaving them out and on display rather than in a drawer or cupboard is a great idea so they are getting the benefits of free-flowing energy that is passing through your home. But, please make sure you don’t forget to check in on your crystals regularly - how are they feeling, do they need to be moved, cleaned or cleansed? Listen to what they have to tell you ... With the Full Moon coming up later this week, it’s a good time to check in on your crystal decor, open the doors and windows and take the time to do a cleanse throughout your home. 11.01.2022 Spring Equinox seems like a great time to reflect on just how far you’ve come we can get so caught up in looking forward, but it’s so important to take a moment and honour where you are right now. Remembering that there was a time, where what you have or who you are now was a dream. This photo was taken in November 2017. Hands up if you were here at this @mbsfestival It was a significant milestone in my journey. I had started @nourishedenergy just five months earlier. I... had never spoken in front of an audience before as a healer and coach. But I faced my fears and my application to speak was accepted. My husband took this photo of me as I returned from my presentation and I remember him saying to me - you’re glowing! And I knew I was glowing! I couldn’t stop smiling! I felt like the luckiest person in the whole world. I had just shared my passion for crystals and reiki and people turned up to hear me speak! Me!! Some people were even taking notes! And here I am at my booth. And people were stopping by and asking me questions! People were talking to me! Me! Of all the stalls! And I was scared as hell, but I was glowing. Because that’s the power of facing our fears. Of showing up and doing the work. It makes you glow... and you give permission to others to do the same. One of my students once said to me, thank you for having the courage to step out of your comfort zone, for quitting your ‘day job’ and doing this work. Because you’ve allowed me now to step out of mine. We need to step up. We need to get out of our way. We need to keep doing the work to enable the many many others to do theirs Take a moment this Spring to think about the fears and limitations you’ve worked through and just how far you’ve come let that be your guiding strength to remind you that sure you’ve still got work to do, but you’ve got this.

07.01.2022 I don’t know what wrong with me. I feel... lost My client looked at me with a sense of hopelessness. Trying to hold back those tears she’s held back for so long. She keeps it together at work. She’s that reliable friend who is always there. She’s the devoted Aunty. She helps her mum take care of her house. The list is full of examples where she shows up for everyone else except herself.... But she’s done. She knows she can’t keep going like this. She holds everyone else but who is there holding her? I asked her what kind of music she likes and she replied I can’t remember the last time I listened to any. She remembers loving music when she was younger and there was a smile I hadn’t seen on her before. It was a bit cheeky, a twinkle in her eye. She’s not lost. She’s in there. You just need to reconnect with her. Go home and listen to music. Dance. Sing. For no body other than you. That’s how we’re beginning this journey back to her. We’re getting to know this magnificent being inside. Like a new friend. The one with the cheeky smile and the twinkle in her eye.

They can also be a way to personify Mother Nature and her attributes. Goddess energy can help us to reconnect to someone or something including a part of ourselves, amplify/enhance a particular energy, manifest, or feel supported during a situation. When you have identified the Goddess you desire to work with and the associated crystal, there are many ways you can invoke the energy of the Goddess while working with the loving energy of its associated crystal: Placing the crystal on your Altar, as a symbol of the Goddess and setting an intention to invoke the energy of her. Create a Grid using the crystal, or several crystals of the Goddesses you desire to work with. 06.01.2022 Congratulations Sara from @foodspiritwellness Yesterday marked the last day of her Reiki Mastership program with me Sara began her Reiki journey with another teacher but as often happens, felt called to continue with me. It’s so important that we resonate with our teachers and that we feel supported and nourished exactly as we need. That’s because Reiki is a journey of reconnecting to our Truth and who we are. This journey to self-mastery requires vulnerability, commitmen...t and courage. Sara you have consistently showed up to your sessions with me with a strong determination to do the work, to push through your fears and shadow to reveal your truth and follow your heart. 05.01.2022 Full Moon Friday 2nd October at 7.05am (AEST) falls in Aries And it’s time to show up. To stop believing that there is something wrong with you and focusing on any insecurity. This Full Moon is asking you to believe in yourself as a human being but also as the divine being you are. The energy is calling on you to step up and release the old programming that is no longer serving you, not just for yourself but collectively and also to heal past ancestral wounds. You have a... choice to shift the patterns of the past. You have a choice to really co-create a life you want. And this is a time for cultivating compassion from within, not negative self talk about our shortfalls. For honouring that our wounds are gifts, helping us reconnect our physical being to our soul - who we truly are and propel us forward on our purposeful path. 04.01.2022 Throughout the week I’ve had the extraordinary honour of formally initiating five incredible Reiki Master graduates. This journey is a huge commitment of self care and self love. Each individual showed up and faced their fears, their shadow, connected to the inner child, shifted limiting beliefs and leaned into vulnerability to open themselves to experience unconditional love ... The Mastership program meets you where you’re at, perfectly timed when you’re ready for greater support, deeper awareness and connection. Although based on the traditional foundations of our Reiki lineage, the benefits are unique and the experiences are... magic. Reiki Mastership is not about becoming a teacher (but you may choose to do so). It’s based on the fundamental understanding that to be the best at anything (practitioner, wife, mother, daughter, whatever), we must be the best version of ourselves. We must commit to self-mastery. It is a commitment of 20 private sessions, 20 soul-level activations. So, even though they are formally Masters, we know that Reiki is infinite and mastery will continue to evolve. So if something is no longer serving you, or it’s not working for you, take comfort in knowing that you can choose an alternative. Trust that whatever you want, is available for you right now. You just need to decide to show up for it and then make the choices each day that show Universe you’re giving yourself permission to access this new vibration. And no longer giving permission to lower vibration...s that are out of alignment with who you are. 03.01.2022 I know there’s a part of you that feels like you’re here for more. That’s because you are! There is a collective shift on the rise. A new paradigm. And it’s women like you who are here to help the rest of us step into it. When you work or learn with me, you’re not showing up to just another course or program. You’re being invited into a complete transformational journey.... My practice and courses are full for 2020.
