Now I struggle to find the balance between everyday life and finding a few minutes to sit with myself and practice mindfulness. Most of the time, I tell myself I'm practicing mindfulness during yoga or on a walk but I want to be more accountable this month and really give myse...lf a few baby free minutes everyday. Motherhood isn't something to "lose" yourself in but to discover a new version of who you are. I am constantly on the go and find it hard to get in me what my body needs which leads to me being a tired, grumpy & unmotivated.
