12.01.2022 Nourish Festival, Adelaide's premier yoga and fitness festival transformed Rundle Park on Saturday the 17th of October. The new festival featured healthy food stalls, yoga and fitness classes and informative talks from health and fitness experts in a unique outdoor festival setting. The combination of barre, personal training, crossfit, yoga, pilates, bodyism, informative talks, day spa treatments, healthy food/market stalls and entertainment meant for a retreat like experience with attendees leaving truly 'nourished' and inspired. Nourish Festival was developed and managed by Keito Events who will be bringing more Nourish events to Adelaide in the future.
