25.01.2022 I thought you guys would appreciate this... As a young family I’m always looking for healthy alternatives for breads, pizza bases etc. I usually have to make my own or we go without! As I was collecting the ingredients to make my own pizza bases I came across this one! I had a look at the ingredients and it was a big tick for me! 10.01.2022 || Encouraging Healthy Eating in Children || A very overwhelming statement for many families I work with. My kids just don’t eat veggies... There is no way my child will eat that My kids are too old to encourage healthy food, they see straight through me! Iv herd it all, and not once have we not made progress. It’s not always about hiding veggies in sauces and dishes, seeing and touching veggies is such a crucial part of the process that’s not to be missed. Persistence is hard, emotionally draining, and long. Understanding the process of food acceptance will help us to not be disheartened when food is outright rejected, but know it’s part of the process to success.
