12.01.2022 Do you focus on adding in or cutting out? - There are SO many wonderful ways we can add certain foods or nutrients into our diet that are really good for our wellbeing - You don’t have to cut things out to be healthy. Unless you have an allergy or it’s off you don’t have to cut out any food or food group... - Looking at focussing on what we can add is something that I am always doing with clients. It’s a sustainable and enjoyable way to eat in a way that values your health - Cutting out certain foods may have an effect in the beginning, but it’s not a pleasant experience and it’s also likely to not be maintainable in the long run - Could you add in instead of cut out on your own healthy journey?
