I used to hate going to the gym, you couldnt get me in there even if you paid me to go. Im sure a lot of you can relate when I say I felt intimidated to go in and uncomfortable. This is why I LOVE @vibes_boutique_gym because its a boutique gym, its small and intimate and they do small group sessions or 1 on 1 sessions (which is what I do). So if you were like me BUT want to have a healthier lifestyle or get fitter for summer or whatever your goal is then I highly recommend this place! Rochelle is amazing at what she does thank you for putting up with me hahaha

02.01.2022 After much deliberation I have decided not to renew the lease in February for Vibes Boutique Gym! As much as I absolutely love my space and created amazing moments for myself and others I have to make the best decision for my own health wealth and happiness. Balance is key which is a big lesson Ive learnt. There have been ups and downs but Im so proud of myself and everything Ive achieved and looking forward to what the future holds. With that being said I will still have ...the space for next 4 months which Ill be doing personal training from all day Mondays and Fridays, some early sessions Tuesdays and Thursdays and Saturday mornings all by appointment only. As of next week the 13th I will run just the one group class on Saturday morning at 8am-a full body session for $15 each. I want to always continue to do what I love so when the time does come next year I will take my clientele and work from another space, keeping my balance and doing whats best for me. Thank you so much to everyone who has walked through the doors, helped and contributed in any way, supported or brightened my day. It is much appreciated! See more
