20.01.2022 Joynton Park Changes In case you missed these photos elsewhere, here are two photos of Joynton Park taken from about level 14 on Elite Tower (ESP) almost 15 years apart. Note also the changes in the background:... 2005 the incinerator and its chimney stack which marked the area for many years. 2019 Green Square Town Centre now marked by the Ovo Tower and noted for the Infinity Building. Still quite a bit of development before the Town Centre is complete. NB Green Square (Zetland, Beaconsfield, parts of Alexandria, Rosebery & Waterloo) population has grown to 30.000+ in that same period.

The centre lane will be southbound and the western lane will remain north bound. Pedestrian access will remain on the western side. 3. Stage 3 is the lifting of the eastern lane to the new higher level as with the centre and western lanes. 4. Stage 3 includes the lifting of the footpath on the eastern side Joynton Avenue to match the new road height along the front of the Aquatic Centre.
