25.01.2022 WOW... what a year I have no words to describe it so I won’t even try!!! Here’s to hoping 2021 only brings good things to everyone!! Thank you so much for all your support, encouragement and for trusting me with your cakes whether it be for your wedding, Birthday, store opening, farewells, Hens and bucks nights and even divorce... it has been an absolute Honour to have made them!! This year I have gained so much more knowledge in this ever changing industry, I have made mistakes, had failures and massive successes!!! 25.01.2022 To all my valued customers, Novelty Bites is made up of a team of just me, myself and I I operate totally from Home. Please be assured I have always had and will continue to maintain a high stand of hygiene practices within my home kitchen. Sadly, I’ve had to accept cake and catering cancellations like so many other businesses out there and it’s absolutely heart breaking this is happening to us all. I do totally understand why some cancellations are Happening, this is un-chartered and some what scary times we are facing at the moment and into the very near future... However, if you feel you would still like to order a cake for an upcoming small gathering then yes, until I’m told other wise by my local council, it’s business as usual here!

13.01.2022 So this is what my Final wedding cake of 2020 looks like!!! I was asked to be apart of a collaboration photoshoot hosted by a very talented photographer and such a beautiful location that I just couldn’t say no to... I knew straight away I wanted to do something different and very out of the box!!! So here it is my 3 tier upside down black fondant and florals wedding cake!! Am super happy with how it’s turned out and I can not wait to see the stunning photos that will come of it!!

06.01.2022 Hi every one just letting you know I’ll be MIA for the next few days!! I have been terribly unwell and I’m struggling with medication changes so I’m taking a few days off to adjust. I have had help this week to Complete all my mid week orders and my hugest apologies to those customers of mine who I’ve had to organise another cake maker for. I do not like sending out cakes that are not up to my usual standards and I feel I just can not give you that this weekend!! I’ll be back next week hopefully at the top of my game again!!
