23.01.2022 How safely has your windscreen been installed? This customer rang us to ask if there is anything that could be done with her car as water was leaking into her hood lining off the top of her windscreen. We invited her in so we could take a closer look. As can be seen in this video the windscreen was not bonded to the top of the body at all! After removing, we found that the incorrect product had been used to install the windscreen as none of the bonding adhesive had bonded to the vehicle body. In the event of an accident the airbag relies on the bond of the windscreen to hold the airbag in place, therefore reducing the risk of serious injury. 11.01.2022 Today 10 years ago we were faced with Black Saturday. We were one of the fortunate ones to have fought and lived to tell the story. Today we remember all of our Friends in Kinglake, some that weren't so lucky. We are so very grateful for all who supported us around Australia. Our puzzled customer wondered why there was such a big gap in between his newly installed side window and the window beside it. It was because the wrong window was fitted! We supplied and fitted the correct window and also cleaned the mess up behind the glass.
