23.01.2022 AUSSIE BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT: Kangaroo Island Fresh Garlic The folks over at KI Fresh Garlic work incredibly hard to produce and provide pure, pesticide free garlic, and we work our hardest to consume as much of it as possible because boy, is it tasty! The KI Fresh Garlic family were significantly impacted by the bushfires at the start of the year, losing their house, shed and farming infrastructure. Fortunately their shed holding their crop was left untouched and they have been slowly getting back on their feet. They currently have a bundle pack available for purchase which would make a great Christmas present for the Chef in the family (or to add to your collection for the perfect BBQ). We recommend giving them a try and supporting a local farmer at the same time.

So if you're considering placing an order, and would like it delivered prior to Christmas, please ensure your orders are placed by: Orders in QLD, VIC, TAS and WA to be placed by Friday, 6 November... Orders in NSW and SA to be placed by Friday, 20 November We will continue to accept orders after these dates however we will not be able to guarantee delivery before Christmas.

02.01.2022 Up close and personal with a 15m x 40.5m x 5.4m building. The Bluescope steel we use has a tensile strength of 450 mega Pascals (MPa) to 500MPa. For comparison, structural mild steel is 250MPa. If lower grade steel is used for the same building, larger quantities are required to do the same job and further additions again if any extra weight needs to be supported. We use only the highest grade steel available for construction to ensure your shed is as strong as possible and that you aren’t paying more for the shed of lesser quality.
