17.01.2022 Just a quick little vid to show some people the state of the Darling River. Greed, incompetence and sheer ignorance has wiped out an entire ecosystem! Is anybo...dy held liable? Nope............. Please excuse the colourful language but there’s no other way to express it ! 23/10/19 Edit: The post is now open for comments as I wasn’t quite FB savvy enough to change my settings. When commenting, keep in mind we are looking for a solution here. Part of that solution would be a Federal Royal Commission to sort out the mismanagement and how to move forward. After a Federal Royal Commission has showed transparency into the dealings and how decisions are made they may get some respect back. Until then I hope the politicians responsible will read the comments of common people and see how much respect and faith they have in them. ************25/10/19 Edit: In SA there is currently 37 GATES OPEN to the sea and over 10,000 ml/day pouring into the lake system and then out to sea. All this during a drought that has us struggling to produce food and farmers with their backs to the wall.
