17.01.2022 How amazing is this?! Wait til the end for the shift... Such an amazing representation of physiology. One moment calm, relaxed and docile. Then you can see a tangible change.... This highlights two things for me. Notice the lion nasal breathing only. This is a sign of a completely down-regulated, low stressed state. One that we don't spend nearly enough time in. The gear shift up at the end is a brilliant view into a heightening state... but still completely in control. How often do we see people shift up and lose control of things?
