21.01.2022 The Black Balloon is a story of Greg Down's married life and his career in the Army while dealing with 2 autistic boys. His daughter Elissa made the movie. His wife Marilyn continues to care for the boys since Greg's death 6 years ago form cancer. Greg left Nowra after being called up during the Vietnam war and then became a career soldier. He remained in the army until a few months before his passing. He was in 3D and in the photo is between Stephen Farmer and Graham Cruiksh...ank. He had the name Stalky. His wife kindly contributed the information .. RIP Greg Down

PUNISHMENT BOOK ... starting in 1949 ... 1963 starts on page 29, this will bring back some memories and makes you laugh at what the cane was given for chewing, out of bounds with many repeat recipients ... (will have to get Bruce to change format then will post the whole book) meanwhile this is one page ...

13.01.2022 Nowra Primary school found this book cover. Apparently every class in 6th form donated and signed a book before leaving for high school. The book was called WORLD FAMOUS PAINTINGS. This one is from 6K ..

11.01.2022 For those that knew Sharon Manual (Perrin).. would probable know she had been sick for a number of years ... Sharron passed away Nov 28 2019 .. The family had a private cremation and there is a celebration of her life 11.12.2019 in Scarborough WA
