25.01.2022 Our Wire Protector Terminal Blocks occupy less real estate with a modern low profile design which includes no exposed metal parts. They allow standardization of the Solid Wire Cord Set. Input wires are always secured with a screw, as are output wires. Pressure clamp connectors are supplied in the open position, ready to accept single or multiple solid conductors. To meet European requirements, your application may need a terminal block between the power supply cord and inter...nal electricals. 24.01.2022 This copper foil shielding sleeving is woven with a copper foil monofilament and is used in different electrical and industrial fields where EMI shielding is required. The copper foil sleeving provides excellent protection and features lightweight properties. It is lighter and more flexible than tinned copper braided sleeving, making it a great combination of economy and durability. Other features to note are its gasoline and engine chemical resistance along with the ability to cut with common scissors.

24.01.2022 Our cold cut braided expandable sleeving can be cut with common scissors without obvious fray. Compared to standard polyester sleeving, the advantages are it is softer and easier to use in the outdoor field where power or a hot knife might not be available. It also provides the same excellent protection and anti-abrasion qualities as standard polyester sleeving. With expandable qualities, an operating range of -50C to +150C and a melting point from 24010C it is easy to see why this product is so popular.

Available in Thru Hole Mount (THM) or Surface Mount (SMT) configurations. 21.01.2022 Need protection for cable or wiring exposed to extreme temperatures? We have a solution:100% continuous Nomex fiber sleeving. Despite its soft feel and smooth appearance, this sleeving is extremely tough and provides cables with both thermal protection and high abrasion-resistance. It has an operating range as low as -196C up to intense flame and heat +350C with no melting point. It may also be beneficial to know the Nomex fiber is also resistant to most acids and alkalis.

16.01.2022 Our Ladder Type Stainless Steel (316) Cable Ties: The ladder-style design of these ties gives them greater flexibility when compared to a standard stainless steel cable tie. Extended ladder slot provides larger bundle diameter with the same length of tie. A hole at the tail-end allows application of hook-type tools. The coated surface provides excellent chemical and weathering resistance, and superior insulation and protection of cables. They come in a range of different lengths with a tensile strength of 113kg, and they are excellent for high temperature applications.

12.01.2022 Todays feature product is our Aluminum Heat Reflecting Fiberglass Sleeving, made by laminating an aluminised metallic heat shield to a layer of strong and tightly braided fiberglass yarn. A special manufacturing process permits the sleeve to boast a virtually seamless and non fraying construction. It reflects more than 95% of the radiant energy that hits its surface, keeping the underlying cables, hoses and wires cool. Available in different internal diameter sizes, with an operating range of -50C - +200C, and a melting point of approximately 600C; this handy sleeving would prove useful when you need heat protection for wiring, cabling or hosing exposed to extremely high temperatures such as automotive and industrial applications.
