But, before you partner with an influencer check the following:... 1)The basics-Relevance, Reach, Engagement, frequency, Authenticity. 2)How creative they can be with your brand/product- It could range from a single post to creating personal stories. 3) Don’t just take their word for it - for small/local businesses you will be partnering with some local. Ask for references, check their engagement rate using tools like ‘phalanx’ to see if they actually connect with their followers. 4)Be human - Influencers are not miracle workers so do not expect your sales to go through your roof after just one post.
