We understand financial situations us as a small family bussnes we struggle to get our clients to pay on time we do appreciate prompt payment. As we like to pay as we go without the headaches and concurs of monthly accounts of our supplies etc which are purchased on the customers behalf. For each individual project... Not to leave out our own working capital and overheads. Just a reminder Us as a family business have systems in place to prevent any confusion. Step 1. we offer a free quote service with our terms Sep 2 we Ask for a deposit by invoice, to verify we have a contract Step 3.. we send a final invoice for payment within 48 hours On request we do offer payment plans for genuine customers that plan to use our service frequently meaning many times. Over the last 6 months an increase of customers take advantage of us, with ATTEMPT OF FINANCIAL ADVANTAG which is an offence. and can lead to perjury and possibly up to 10 years in jail if you are found guilty just as an example. We have no hesitation to enforce this matter with the appropriate legal procedures.
