23.01.2022 'The Last Dance' depicted Michael Jordan as an athlete who was focussed solely on winning at almost any competition In order to reach the pinnacle of basketball, Michael remained focussed solely on improving every aspect of his game. Have you ever considered how you might improve your concentration or attention span Why not have fun while working on your cognitive skills ... Sometimes the simplest tasks can have the greatest outcomes. Puzzles games and sports require participants to stay focussed in order to win See more

15.01.2022 Please remember to let our team know if you're feeling unwell before sessions. We respect all of our patients, NDIS participants and corporate clients by avoiding face-to-face interactions when feeling sick and appreciate when this can be reciprocated. *NQpsych2U waives fees associated with cancellations for legitimate health issues.

02.01.2022 Mental disorders/illness may look scary, but we have some armour to help make you feel a lot stronger!

02.01.2022 "Online content is permanent" This is a phrase we often share with children, particularly adolescence, to encourage them to consider long-term consequences of social media posts and cyber-safety. Another group that forgets the legitimacy of this phrase is parents. As a parent you have the responsibility to keep your children safe (physcially and psychologically). Unfortunately parenting can be a tough gig at times, and without a healthy avenue to vent, some parents get caught... up posting their challenges online. Subsequently as those children grow and inevitably gain access to the online world they begin to see these frustrations. Whether it be through playful memes, status updates or personal photos with descriptive emojis, this content can be painful for children to see. Please consider alternative avenues, like friends, family or professionals to express your frustration and develop healthy coping skills. Contact us at www.nqpsych2u.com.au to learn more. See more
