Applicants will need to be motivated and hardworking. As the first Workshop Supervisor for NQ Springs, excellent time management and leadership qualities are required, along with a quality and safety mindset. The hours required on a weekly basis are 7:15am 4:30pm Monday to Friday. This is a salary-based position. Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage customer enquiries, provide quotations and take bookings. Plan and monitor workshop schedules. 02.01.2022 A day of mechanic work on Friday! A GQ receiving a swivel hub rebuild and finding the front diff, and both hubs full of water. It’s important to have the hubs done regularly especially if they start leaking liquids! The water eroded sealing surfaces and pitted under bearing shells making it a decent job to get under control The next was a STX-550 Navara sporting the V9X motor. The vehicle would continuously drop into limp mode however with no engine lights! We hooked up the G-Scan diagnostic tool to find only one very vague boost circuit code with no real direction to the cause. After checking high pressure hoses were okay we turned to electronics and found the vacuum control solenoid for the turbo had let go. Overnight parts from Brissy quickly had the vehicle back on the road for the weekend!
