17.01.2022 ROCKSTAR ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT POSITION - CASUAL Level 2 Fitness Award We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, loves being surrounded by the craziness of kids and has great communication skills to greet our parents and students each afternoon. Our ideal Admin Assistant would be someone who has great attention to detail and loves processes, can work as part of the team, but can also work independently. While a prior knowledge of the dance and ch...eer world would be helpful, it is not necessary. A sound knowledge of computer systems, programs and apps is necessary as well as being able to quickly adapt to new programs. Working With Children Check is a must and Senior First Aid qualifications also necessary. Duties would include, but not limited to - Enthusiastically greeting customers and making them feel at home - Answering phones - Replying to emails - Invoicing customers - Taking payments - Enrolling new students and following our enrollment process - Replying to inquiries - Uniform sales Keeping track of event replies and sale orders Position would commence mid-September with on the job training. 13.01.2022 Wow! We are blown away with our athletes after what they did on the weekend! 4/5 teams hit 0 and placed 1st and 2nd in cheer. Special mention to Supercell who put on an incredible routine but had minor issues that don’t usually happen. A massive congratulations to Lady Lightning for taking home 4.2 Grand Champions! Seeing our kids back up on stage doing what they love for the first time this year was incredible. Special mention to Sonic Boom who did not place but... performed the best routine they have all season! And a huge shoutout to Monarchs who placed 2nd in Open pom even though they are a novice team! We worked hard all through lockdown and it has all paid off. We couldn’t be any prouder! 05.01.2022 OUR MORNING ROUTINE Every morning we sanitise all the studio surfaces on top of our cleaning during class time. We are doing everything we can to keep our kids safe and their life as normal as possible. We can’t wait to be able to perform again! The studio is buzzing with classes working on concert routines and comp routines. Keep washing those hands, social distancing and wearing masks and we will get through this together :)
