14.01.2022 BLACK BEAN PROTEIN BROWNIES Low calorie & delicious - By using black beans, so were getting our serve of veg at the same time too Dont forget to TA...G a friend to share this recipe RECIPE SERVES: 8 WET INGREDIENTS - 1 can black beans - 40g coconut oil (melted) - 50g sugar-free maple syrup - 1 tsp vanilla extract - Optional: 1 egg to hold brownie together better DRY INGREDIENTS - 40g @itsveego Rich Chocolate Protein - 30g cocoa powder - 50g Natvia sweetener - 1/2 tsp baking powder - Pinch of salt METHOD 1. Pre-heat oven to 175C 2. Drain and rinse black beans 3. Pat dry black beans with paper towel 4. Blend wet ingredients until beans become smooth (*if using egg, lightly whisk and to blended ingredients) 5. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients 6. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well 7. Transfer mix to a baking tray and bake for 14-16 minutes 8. Leave to cool for 15 minutes before transferring to wire rack 9. Allow to cool in fridge for at least 1 hour before enjoying PER SERVE (without egg) Calories: 113 Protein: 6.8g Carbs: 7g Fat: 7.3g See more
