06.01.2022 Healthy bars . In a frypan toast the rolled oats half a bag can add what ever u like . This one has added to pan 1/2 cup chai seeds, LSA powder, del coconut, sesame seeds , maca powder. Sultanas cranberrys and goji berrys . 1/2 cup of cocao powder stir all together while cooking . Then I add bout 300ml honey and some softened coconut oil mix all together . Put in lined container and fridge then later cut into slices . Mmmm really good try it
