25.01.2022 HI EVERYONE I KNOW IT HAS BEEN SUPER FRUSTRATING TURNING UP TO NRG AND NOT BEING ABLE TO GET IN THIS WEEK. I had an unexpected week personally & was unable to get a message out earlier. Chantelle & her husband Leigh, both amazing trainers who have been with us since the start, will be taking over from me & we are working like crazy to get it reopened for you all ASAP. ... You are our family & this place is our home. We’ll let you know ASAP when it will open, hopefully within the next week. Thank you for your understanding. 17.01.2022 Need to refuel after a workout? Onsite cafe available when we reopen! Kitchen facilities also available for anyone wanting to bring meals from home to eat!

14.01.2022 EXCITING NEWS Following yesterday’s announcement by the Premier in bringing forward Stage 3 of easing restrictions from 12pm Friday we will be back to operating 24/7!!! So now there’s no excuse not to get that workout in!!! ... We do remind our members of the following conditions of entry: Towels are compulsory. No towel, no workout Please wipe down equipment after use Sanitise your hands when entering & leaving the gym If you are unwell please stay home. Looking forward to getting back to normal!

13.01.2022 Renovations are in full swing. Working hard to get open ASAP. Just waiting on some electrical work to be started. Hopefully only another couple of weeks to go. Stay tuned!
