25.01.2022 Here was a face lift we did to the exterior of the home when in the process for the garage conversion in which we added a bed room and a new laundry. Pictures to come of the new laundry

24.01.2022 Looking back a couple of months ago when we gave a set of old slate stairs a bit of a face lift.

23.01.2022 Our most recent bathroom renovation nearly complete (waiting on the matte black semi frameless shower screen). A great use of the feature tile in this bathroom, the fact that it doesnt take away from the black accessories and the Blackbutt timber. Watch this space for the end product!

22.01.2022 New en-suite with some custom made 2pack cabinetry, to be honest Im really happy with this transformation.

22.01.2022 Old floor tiles up and a clean new grey floor tiles down to complement the new glass balustrade. We also pulled out the old sliding door and replaced it with a new aluminium sliding door to maximise the door opening

20.01.2022 Little post war home we opened up some walls, created some openings for custom cabinetry to go in. Watch this space to see the finished cabinetry and painting complete.

19.01.2022 Everything in the home was long! It felt like the never ending hallway when tiling it. But I must say the new contemporary look came up a treat. A new cabinet top, a few coats of paint and some new tiles and this home has come back to life.

18.01.2022 There was a lot of firsts with this bathroom for NSD Building & Renovations -Curved shower screen -Heated bidet toilet set -Fish tale feature tiles... But the transformation from the original state in fantastic.

18.01.2022 One of our projects on the go at the moment. We removed the back of this post war home and have now doubled the living area of this home. Adding 2 bedrooms a living room, bathroom, powder room a laundry and a deck. What this space for up coming photos!

17.01.2022 The finished product of the outdoor entertaining area we did not long ago. Sorry for the delay but we havent been able to walk on the grass and I felt this was really worth sharing. I know what these lucky clients will be doing in spring- enjoy the outdoor living guys.

17.01.2022 A big thumbs up to our suppliers, Highgrove Bathrooms East Brisbane with their support for our struggling farmers. There is still time to pop in and grab an ornament or some Christmas decorations to help support our farmers.

16.01.2022 Funky new front entry tiles for this post war home

15.01.2022 Updating this old little ensuite with some matching floor and wall tiles. Giving it a fresh new look

15.01.2022 Rectification- this water features waterproofing unfortunately had failed which meant pull it all apart and start again! So this time around we have applied two coats of a moisture seal barrier then a further 2 coats of both a negative and positive pressure membrane. All that is left now is to place the top on the wall, render, paint, install lights and water spouts and we are good as new again.

14.01.2022 Time to update the bathroom? It can be as simple as putting in a new shower and updating the tap ware. In this bathroom the old tiles were falling off the wall, the old green feature tile was no longer a modern feature and the shower needed upgrading. So we ripped the shower/bath out, re sheeted the walls and applied the waterproof membrane. New tiles to match the exisiting tiles we installed, we added a new shower rail, added a niche and new tap ware for the vanity to give it a fresh look. Now we wait for the shower screen to be installed to finish it off.

13.01.2022 Latest little commercial job we have just completed in under a week! We pulled out 3 vanities and re-sheeted the walls, added a door way into the boardroom. Removed one door and the built-in cupboards, rebuilt the wall and sheeted it in plasterboard to form the boardroom. We also removed two walls to open the rooms up. New carpet tiles were laid over the tiled floor in the boardroom to give it that warm inviting feeling. Damaged and stained ceiling tiles were replaced with new ones and had the lighting updated while we were at it. I cant wait to see it once the owners have finished painting and the cabinetry has gone in. A big thank you to the other contractors that helped us get it over the line.

12.01.2022 We have been busy here at NSD and making the most of this nice sunny weather before the rain arrived. This lucky couple have been doing up the family home and what better way than to come home to a new set of stairs and merbau deck. For those that are interested the Balustade has been done in a square 19x19mm black powder coat aluminium

11.01.2022 Here’s the old run down laundry we turned into the new main bathroom and installed a new laundry in the garage conversion

10.01.2022 After renovating the ensuite and main bathroom we moved onto the laundry and toilet. We brightened the areas with the matching tiles to the bathrooms

10.01.2022 We updated the ensuite, so why not renovate the main bathroom too. So thats what we did!

07.01.2022 Out with the old and in with the new. This new hybrid 100% waterproof floating floor was a dream to work with.
