Her whole life has been focused on the art of dance and since becoming professional she started to become extremely passionate about fitness.... India then completed her Cert IV in fitness in 2019/20 while maintaining her dance career. India is passionate about helping people reach their dreams in fitness and dance and is extremely excited to start this new journey with NSPC. Welcome to the team

19.01.2022 This is Ann. Ann recently competed in her 6th Powerlifting comp and always impresses everyone @nspcentre with her commitment to her training . Did you know Ann never picked up a weight until she was 52 years old? ... And once in her life she weighed 105kg. She then lost the body weight and cut to 59kg to step on stage in a body building competition. Ann now holds the Australian Masters 6 u84kg record in the squat , deadlift and total. Ann next competes in September at Masters Nationals. Awesome work @annkoke we love having you in the gym!
