16.01.2022 National Scooter Rally 2020 - RESPONSE TO COVID-19 We understand that the current global health concern and escalating disruption caused by COVID-19 is creating some uncertainty surrounding the events industry, so we wanted to take this opportunity to reach out to all attendees, to let you know the National Scooter Rally 2020 will go ahead as planned. We are closely watching the announcements from the NSW Government and Department of Health on the developing situation of Coro...navirus in Sydney and surrounding areas. The announcement made by the Prime Minister, which advised non-essential events with more than 500 people should be cancelled from Monday, does not affect our Rally and we will remain open and continue business as usual. We encourage you all to be extra cautious and vigilant with your health during this time as well. Whilst at the Rally, and in fact all the time now, please; Wash your hands: You should wash your hands often, and thoroughly. Wash them with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Please wash your hands or use hand sanitiser before entering an area, touching things used by other people, after using the bathroom and after coughing or sneezing. There’s no such thing as washing them too much! Monitor your health: As we are a public event, we ask that if you display symptoms such as a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or body aches, please stay home. If you have travelled to a country considered at higher risk, please stay home, and if you’ve travelled to any overseas country in the past 14 days, you should self-monitor for symptoms and practice social distancing as much as possible. If in doubt, please stay home. More information on this can be found on the NSW Government Health website, or call Health Direct on 1800 022 222. 14.01.2022 National Scooter Rally 2020 - RESPONSE TO COVID-19 - UPDATE *18/03/20* We understand the frustration this is going to cause and believe us, the amount of work, especially of late trying to do the right thing with regard to this virus, but after today's news of banning indoor gatherings of more than 100 and the general feeling of many of us right now, we are going to have to postpone the Rally. We understand riding a scooter is safe but this Rally is also about the social aspe...ct too. At this stage we will reschedule the rally for the 11, 12, 13th September. The NRMA Park have edited their cancellation policy and will offer paid monies as credit for rebooking for new dates up to 12 months' time, and all 'Rally Pack' tickets will be valid for the new date, if you are unable to make the new date, we will offer refunds via Sticky Tickets. We understand some people have started making their way and this has been a very hard part in making our decision, but the few of us organising this rally, still plan on going away for the weekend, we will go on some ride-outs, have some fun and stay at the park, basically doing things with safe distances. 09.01.2022 National Scooter Rally Update: We have had to make a call on the Australian National Scooter Rally 2020 (again!!), with the continued COVID situation in Victoria and the high probability of increased restrictions in some other states we, the Rally team, have decided it's best to write off 2020 as a pile of dog dirt and run the NSR2020 in March next year 2021, thus the NSRAU2021. There were no plans yet for the 2021 National Scooter Rally, so this will be it.... This was not an easy decision but we'd rather make a call on it now, rather than closer to the already postponed date of September 11-13th. It is after all, a 'National' scooter rally and we want everybody to be able to make it. *New Date: 5-7th March 2021.* We have spoken to the NRMA park and all reservations can be moved forward, for those who would prefer a refund then please contact the park. Their policy is this: 'Please know that we are offering flexible cancellation terms across all our parks for stays up to and including September 17, 2020 despite what rate you may have booked on. This means we are waiving all cancellation admin fees and you are able to receive a credit for a future stay, which is valid for 24months, or a refund if cancelled 24hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.' The same applies to all rally weekend tickets holders, nothing needs to be done if you wish to attend in March 2021, we will automatically honour full weekend tickets on the new date of the 5, 6, 7th March 2021 and full refunds are available at any time until 21 days prior to this new date.

Arrival Information: Check in time is 11.00 am for Powered and Unpowered Sites, 12 noon for Ensuite Sites and 2.00 pm for Cabins. Checkout time is 10.00am for sites and cabins. On check in you will be required to provide a credit card as security against incidentals during your stay. If there is no credit card on the booking, a $200 cash bond will be required. This bond will be refunded on departure after an inspection. While we will do our best to accommodate a preferred site or cabin number these are not guaranteed. Additional guests, that have not been included in the booking will incur further charges and/or the requirement for additional sites and accommodation. All linen is provided in all cabin accommodation only. A linen change/service will be offered if your stay is for 7 nights or more. Beach towels are not provided. One car space per site is allocated (two car spaces for Seabreeze Villas only). Visitors should park their car in the overflow carpark and the council parking area at the front of the property. No visitor cars are allowed in the park. All visitors must proceed to reception to register. Boats are approved at managements discretion and dependent on site/ cabin capacity. On check in, you will be provided with one set of keys, should you require a second set of keys you will be required to leave a $20 key deposit, which is fully refundable on departure once returned Photo Identification is required upon check in by the guest who's name the booking is in.
