24.01.2022 I have had lots of people asking me for low carb high fat meal plans. I dont do this instead i want people to re-search for themselves and learn why this diet works so well. Its not a fad diet its how we ate 40 years ago before some expert guessed that we needed to eat a low fat diet with lots of grains, cereals etc. When someone challenges this way of eating all I say is what has happened to the human race in the last 40 years. We have become fatter and sicker than ever! How many gyms and personal trainers do we have these days yet we continue to go downhill. Once you see the science your life will be changed forever. 04.01.2022 If you haven't got a veggie spiralizer you need to get one. We have zucchini spaghetti all the time. I always felt so awful eating normal pasta after my sleeve. I just put a bit of olive oil in the pan, toss the zucchini for 3 minutes over a med to high heat, sprinkle some salt and pepper then a little more olive oil to finish off. zero carbs and leaves me feeling awesome!!
