Join in #NSVW20 to promote the significant value of student volunteering and celebrate the thousands of student volunteers who better communities across Australia! The week inspires students to explore the array of volunteer programs available for them to join. With education providers delivering mostly online events this year, including virtual volunteer expos, workshops, panels, thank you activities, resou...rces, and much more. Dependant on state restrictions, there may be smaller in-person events if it's safe to do so. 07.01.2022 We look forward to a great #NSVW20 celebrating the amazing and valuable contribution of Australia’s young volunteers. During the extreme challenges, heartbreak, and disappointments that the COVID-19 pandemic has presented to our students in particular, this 2020 National Student Volunteer Week especially acknowledges this group of young citizens who just keep on giving and caring even during these hard times. Join us in encouraging and thanking the young volunteers you know.... Their generosity and compassion is inspiring. As active participants in and future leaders of the volunteering movement, Australia’s student volunteers deserve to be honoured not only during National Student Volunteer Week but every day for they courageously walk the talk and lead by example.
