24.01.2022 Manly Cabs One of the member networks of the NSW Taxi Council had the honour and privilege of transporting our respected veterans for the commemoration of the 75th Anniversary of Victory in the Pacific on 15 August 2020. Manly Cabs transported three respected veterans who served in World War II (WWII) along with their guests in three separate Taxis from Gallipoli House to The Sydney Cenotaph located on the Pitt Street at Martin Place.

14.01.2022 A major change for people living in towns along the New South Wales-Victoria border has been announced by Deputy Premier John Barilaro. He said people will be permitted to travel within a 50-kilometre radius of the border again, rather than the current 2.5-kilometre limit. It means people can travel for work, education, care and also to see family and friends.

12.01.2022 A new border region will be created which extends 50 kilometres either side of the NSW-Victoria border, encompassing a number of additional Victorian towns as far south as Beechworth. Currently, the border region is at 2.5 kilometres either side of the border. Within this region, people who hold a residents' permit will be able to travel to the other side of the border to obtain necessary goods or services, for care or compassionate reasons, and to attend work or school.
